Management Application of Nursing Outpatient Clinic Combined with Case Management in Patients Undergoing Photodynamic Therapy

To explore the application effect of the model of nursing outpatient clinic combined with case management in patients undergoing PDT. 162 patients who received PDT treatment from April 2024 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group (routine nursing care) and the observation group (nursing outpatient clinic combined with case management). The treatment compliance, incidence of adverse reactions, satisfaction level of the patients in the two groups were compared. The treatment compliance (95.0% vs. 78.3%) and satisfaction level (93.3% vs. 80.0%) of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions (6.7% vs. 20.0%) was significantly lower (P<0.05). The combination of nursing outpatient clinic and case management can effectively improve the treatment compliance of PDT patients, reduce adverse reactions, and improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients, which has clinical promotion value.

The combination of nursing outpatient clinic and case management can effectively improve the treatment compliance of PDT patients, reduce adverse reactions, and improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients, which has clinical promotion value.
