Photodynamic combined surgery for the treatment of disfiguring diseases of the head and face

To observe the efficacy of photodynamic therapy combined with surgery in the treatment of disfiguring diseases of the head and face. Including benign and malignant tumors of the skin, infectious diseases, adnexal diseases, etc., implement combined treatment, first perform surgical pretreatment, including excision, dermabrasion, drainage, etc., then prepare a 10%-20% ALA solution, cover for 3 hours, and then use a 635nm red light therapy device to irradiate, with an irradiation dose of 80-100 J/cm2, for about 20 minutes, once a week, for a total of 3-4 times, and observe the therapeutic effect after treatment. At least 6 months of follow-up after treatment showed no recurrence in all patients. Photodynamic combined surgery has good therapeutic effects with minimal trauma in the treatment of disfiguring diseases of the head and face, making it worthy of clinical promotion.
