Identification of combined genital pathologies wich were found during fluorescence colposcopy of women with HPV-associated cervical dysplasia
in the Republic of Kazakhstan (RK), cervical cancer occupies the 2nd place in the structure of women’soncopathology. According to the results of 2023screening in the Republic of Kazakhstan, cervix cancer wasdetected in 2035 womenat first time. In comparison with breast cancer, vulvar and vaginal cancers are rare forms ofgenitals’ cancer, which prevents-timely diagnosis and initiation of treatment. The detection of precancerous lesions of the women’s genitals at the screening stage is one of the key components of cancer elimination. Fluorescence colposcopy (FC) in photodynamic therapy (PDT) is used before irradiation of the cervix in order to detect pathological tissue that has accumulated photosensitizer. FC also reveals dysplastic multicentric changes in the vagina and vulva, which are verified during further follow-up examination of such women.
