Photodynamic therapy for malignant brain glioma based on metaverse and yellow fluorescence
Using metaverse and yellow fluorescence visualization technology, to explore the clinical application technology of accurate positioning, safe resection, and photodynamic targeting of tumor and germinal interface for brain glioma. There were 49 cases of glioma from May 2021 to February 2024, and 20 patients glioma were randomly selected as the control group. First, a metaverse visual system was used to determine the size, location, and tumor-host interface. Then, after nearly total resection of the tumor under a microscope, the germinal interface was determined, and the residual cavity was irradiated by laser. In this group of cases, the recent clinical symptoms of postoperative patients improved. The use of metaverse and yellow fluorescence visualization technology is conducive to accurate positioning, safe excision, and accurate targeting; Combined with photodynamic targeting, the realization of "uprooting the root and improving the soil" is conducive to improving the prognosis and achieving significant clinical results.
