A case of ear basal cell carcinoma treated with surgery combined with photodynamic therapy
A 63-year-old female patient had a skin mass on the right anterior ear for more than 10 years. According to dermoscopy and pathology, the diagnosis was basal cell carcinoma. Due to the special location of the patient, the extended resection wound was difficult to repair, easy to cause organ deformation, etc., and the patient refused the flap suture, so surgical resection combined with photodynamic therapy was used. The patient was satisfied with treatment and could recover. There was no recurrence after 1 year follow-up.
