Bioinformatics Exploration of the Differential Gene Expression Profiles and Signal Pathways in the Treatment of Acne by Photodynamic Therapy
This study aims to utilize bioinformatics methods to deeply explore the differential gene expression profiles and related signal pathways during the treatment of acne by photodynamic therapy, so as to provide a theoretical basis for revealing its molecular mechanisms. By collecting gene expression data before and after photodynamic therapy for acne and using a variety of bioinformatics tools for analysis, the differentially expressed genes were identified, and the signal pathways in which they participate were subjected to enrichment analysis, with the expectation of discovering potential therapeutic targets and key biological processes, and providing new ideas for the further optimization of acne treatment.
