Analysis of the Relationship between the Number of hematoporphyrin intravesical perfusion photodynamic therapy Combined with intravesical perfusion Therapy with Tumor Recurrence and Progression in Non-muscle-invasive Bladder Cancer

To understand whether increasing the number of hematoporphyrin intravesical PDT can reduce the recurrence rate and progression rate of bladder cancer in patients with NMIBC In addition to the routine intravesical perfusion therapy, 1-3 times of hematoporphyrin intravesical perfusion PDT are given during the non-recurrence period of NMIBC. The primary end point are the RFS at 3 to 24 months. The progression-free survival rate and incidence of adverse reactions A total of 86 patients with NMIBC who receivedintravesical perfusion therapy combined with hematoporphyrin PDT were included in the analysis. There were no differences in Basic characteristics between the two groups. The 3 to 24 months RFS rates of the single treatment group and the multiple treatment group were statistically significant differences (P <0.05), respectively. Increasing the frequency of intravesical PDT can improve the RFS rate within 3 to 24 months.
