Comparison of the efficacy of photodynamic combined laser therapy with cervical circumferential resection for high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions of the cervix
Early treatment of high-grade cervical intraepithelial lesions (HSIL) can effectively reduce the incidence of cervical cancer. At present, HSIL is mainly resected therapy, but surgery often leads to cervical adhesion stenosis and cervical insufficiency, which seriously impact the long-term fertility. To clarify the efficacy of PDT in the treatment of cervical HSIL, and to improve the treatment plan for HSIL. In this essay, a total of 40 women of childbearing age with undifferentiated colposcopy pathology showed HSIL, 20 patients underwent PDT treatment, and 20 patients underwent Loop electro- surgical excision procedure(LEEP), then use spss 27 to analyze the adverse reaction rate, HPV clearance rate, cure rate, improvement rate and progression rate of the two groups after 3 mouths and 9 mouths. In conclusion, the effect of PDT treatment was not weaker than that of the surgical group, and the adverse effects were significantly lower than those of cervical circumferential resection.
