Modeling of the Process of Designing the Outer Space Monitoring System Based on Optimization of the Weighted Average Fréchet

A system for controlling the design process of the outer space monitoring system based on an abstract representation of an object as a set of characteristics without taking into account the internal structure is presented. It is shown that the increased requirements for the outer space monitoring system in terms of updating the catalog of space objects necessitate extremely complex and lengthy work on the design of the outer space monitoring system, which leads to a significant increase in cost and design time without changing technical characteristics. Demonstrated, that making a decision to adopt an erroneous design option is possible due to the lack of other options, which is caused by the time and cost constraints of design. An algorithm for the formation of multiple variants of the outer space monitoring systems based on a generative neural network based on a hierarchical representation of the outer space monitoring system is presented. To compare different design options, taking into account the heterogeneity of the data, a measure for evaluating options based on fuzzy logic is introduced. The transition to fuzzy sets is due to the presence of optimal boundaries through an expert assessment from the customer. Based on the knowledge base, the membership function and the degree of discrepancy between the presented option and the optimal one are formed through the representation of a weighted average Fréchet, represented as a geometric center in the space of technical characteristics, cost and design time. Considering the weighted average Fréchet in terms of cost, design time, and technical characteristics allows you to find the worst possible system design options. The nontrivial nature of convergence to the optimal variant is revealed, associated with the appearance of variants that are equivalent in certain characteristics. A numerical simulation of the application of the method for a small number of variants is presented, as well as a comparison of several variants with each other, and hundreds of generated variants with further comparison of the variants with each other. An illustrative material is provided containing the results of experiments reflecting the efficiency and efficiency of calculations. Questions are formulated for further study of the process of designing the outer space monitoring system.
