ENTREPRENEURSHIP PLANNING STRATEGIES SELECTED WORKS IN SHAHNON AHMAD

The ability of planning management in leading an organization has been accepted as an important factor that determines the success or failure of an organization. In fact, planning is a basic requirement in building organizational strength, especially in planning the direction to achieve common goals with excellence. This study examines the form or policy of planning management among farmers and villagers as depicted in the novels Ranjau Sepanjang Jalan (RSJ) and Srengenge. In addition, this study also identifies the attitude of planning management among farmers and villagers found in both novels. The research was conducted through an analysis of planning management elements in Ranjau Sepanjang Jalan (RSJ) and Srengenge, which are associated with agricultural entrepreneurial activities in the Malay community and the lives of villagers who are plagued by poverty and ignorance. The study findings show that there are several basic elements and leadership qualities that are formed in community leaders, which show their own ability in efforts to make traditional Malay agricultural entrepreneurship a success and improve the living standards of villagers. The implication is that Malay leadership management, especially in relation to entrepreneurship highlighted by the author in Ranjau Sepanjang Jalan (RSJ) and Srengenge, is more critical and should be able to reflect leadership patterns that are relevant for leaders today.
