This paper used UTAUT's model to conduct a study on the factors affecting users' acceptance in the use of digital currency issued by central banks in China, and the research model was constructed by adding the effort expectation, performance expectation, social impact, promotion conditions, perceived risk, and personal innovation variables of the UTAUT model in consideration of the characteristics of digital misalignment. For empirical analysis, 282 collected questionnaires were collected by conducting an online survey, and a total of 260 copies were used for analysis, excluding 22 unfaithful copies, and structural equation model (SEM) analysis was conducted using statistical packages SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 24.0. The research results are summarized as follows. Effort expectation, performance expectation, social impact, and personal innovation were found to have an effect on the user's intention to use the digital renminbi APP. In addition, it was found that facilitating factors and user intention also affect the user's use behavior.
