Letter to the Editor: Efficacy of Lymphocyte Immunotherapy in the Treatment of Recurrent Pregnancy Loss From Alloimmunity: A Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis

We read with interest the systematic review by Francisco et al. on lymphocyte immunotherapy (LIT) for recurrent pregnancy loss [1].While we appreciate their efforts to synthesize evidence on this important question, we have identified serious methodological concerns that, in our view, undermine the validity of the reported findings, as they change the conclusion of the meta-analysis as we describe below and as shown in Figure 1.
