Quantum improved scale factor evolution and realization of a bouncing universe
Implementing quantum correction to the gravitational potential we investigate the cosmological ramifications of Verlinde’s entropic force. The relevant upgraded Friedmann equations are obtained by incorporating the modified potential and obtaining logarithmic corrections to the entropy-area relation. The impact of this correction on the dynamical evolution of the scale factor is examined, with a focus on how they contribute to the realization of a non-singular bouncing universe. We show that quantum-induced changes to gravity can offer a promising way to shape early-universe dynamics and circumvent the initial singularity. In addition, we discuss the compatibility of the framework with scenarios prompted by observations and investigate the parametric dependence of the bounce conditions.
