FROM INSIGHT TO IMPACT: HOW NEUROEDUCATION SHAPES THE JOURNEY OF TEACHER GROWTH

This study investigates the transformative potential of neuroeducation in advancing teacher professional development and pedagogical efficacy. Employing a mixed-methods design, 120 educators were surveyed to assess their awareness and application of neuro educational principles. Quantitative analysis revealed a statistically significant difference in growth scores between teachers familiar with neuroeducation and those unaware. Qualitative insights from structured interviews illuminated prevalent neuromyths and underscored the need for brain-informed instructional strategies. The findings advocate for embedding neuroscience into teacher training programs to bridge the gap between cognitive science and classroom realities, thereby enhancing student learning outcomes and fostering reflective teaching practices.
