Compatibility Diagnosis for the Design of Oxidative Coupling of Methane Catalysts

Catalytic performance is strongly influenced by the compatibility of constituent elements, yet identifying effective elemental combinations remains a persistent challenge. A compatibility diagnosis method is proposed to systematically assess the synergistic interactions among elements within catalyst formulations. This approach reveals element combinations with high compatibility for the oxidative coupling of methane reaction. Catalysts designed based on these combinations exhibit enhanced catalytic activity in experimental evaluations. The proposed method offers a generalizable strategy for diagnosing elemental compatibility and supports the rational design of high-performance catalysts.
