Fetal Inguinal Hernia
Although its rarity, awareness of FIH should not be underestimated during antenatal care. Antenatal ultrasound plays an important role in detecting the FIH and monitoring the progression of fetal hernial mass during pregnancy. A good prognosis of isolated FIH could be made if timely multidisciplinary management is performed.
