Global research partnerships and the impact of inequitable research practices on systematic reviews
Summary box Two medical students from the University of Nairobi and University of Oxford collaborated on a systematic review project—we describe a model for collaborative research which is led by low- and middle-income country (LMIC) researchers and supported by high-income country (HIC) researchers and where researchers seek to build capability such that HIC support is not needed in the long term.
