Obituary: Professor Andrew Kakabadse

On behalf of the Emerald, the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board of the Journal of Management Development (JMD), we are deeply saddened by the passing of Professor Andrew Kakabadse, former Editor-in-Chief of the journal.Professor Kakabadse's scholarly acumen, editorial leadership and passion for corporate governance greatly strengthened JMD's international standing and helped shape the field. We are profoundly grateful for his service and lasting contributions.We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, colleagues and students. May he rest in peace.
