The Impact of Intervention Modality on Mortality Outcomes in Patients With Hemorrhagic Strokes: A Meta-Analysis
This study highlights that both surgical and medical management are critical to improving outcomes in hemorrhagic strokes. Surgical interventions, guided by hematoma characteristics, provide a survival advantage in selected cases. However, individualized treatment planning remains essential, emphasizing the need for optimized medical care, including intensive blood pressure control and comprehensive supportive management.
