Novel Combination of Metronomic Cyclophosphamide and Darolutamide Induces Sustained Clinical Response in Heavily Treated Prostate Cancer with Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen-Negative Liver Metastases and Rapid Disease Progression
This report highlights the complex challenges of managing mCRPC with PSMA-negative liver metastases. mCyc with darolutamide may represent a valuable therapeutic option for elderly patients with multiple comorbidities who have exhausted standard treatment options. However, further research is needed to establish the efficacy and safety of this combination in broader populations.
