The joint impact of sleep duration and physical activity on all-cause and cancer-specific mortality in cancer survivors: a retrospective cohort study based on NHANES 2005–2018
Our findings highlight the importance of both sleep duration and physical activity in cancer survivorship. Physical activity and sleep duration exert both independent and interactive effects on mortality. Personalized interventions promoting moderate physical activity and healthy sleep habits could significantly improve survival outcomes. These findings provide new intervention targets for cancer survivor health management.
