Effect of metoprolol and bisoprolol on bleeding rates in patients with atrial fibrillation
According to this study, the risk of bleeding in AF patients using metoprolol was found to be lower than in patients using bisoprolol. Accordingly, using metoprolol in AF patients seems safer.
