Efficient Perovskite/Silicon Tandem Solar Cells Using Hybrid Two‐Step Inkjet Printing with Edge Isolation Precision
Tandem Solar Cells Crucial advancements are still needed to enable scalable, reliable fabrication of perovskite photovoltaics. In article number 2500362, Raphael Pesch, Ulrich Wilhelm Paetzold, and co-workers present a hybrid evaporation and inkjet printing method to produce high-efficiency perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells. The process achieves 27.4% power conversion efficiency on fully textured silicon with uniform, edge-to-edge coverage, meeting industry standards and offering strong potential for large-scale commercial solar cell production.
