On this basis, this paper employed statistical analysis to examine the proportion and distribution of Chinese scientists. The findings indicated that, over the past five years, while there were an increase in the number of Chinese scientists occupying leadership roles within international science and technology organizations, there were a concurrent decline in the number of scientists engaged in emerging fields. Additionally, the role of female scientific and technological talent were not fully realized, and there is a need to enhance the involvement of private enterprises.
