Research on the strategy of cultivating digital talents in enterprises

In the context of the vigorous development of the digital economy, the importance of digital talents has become increasingly prominent. As one of the main bodies of cultivating digital talents, enterprises shoulder an important mission. Taking the "Seeds for the future 2.0" program of Huawei as an example, the paper summarizes its specific measures to cultivate digital talents from four aspects including improving the digital skills of young people guided by market demand and technology development trend, enhancing the competitiveness of ICT professionals through supporting projects, developing the organizational leadership of government officials and public administration personnel for improving the comprehensive ability; improving the participants' innovative practice ability by challenge and competition. The paper suggests strategies for enterprises to train digital talent, including developing and implementing a comprehensive plan of digital talent training based on their strengths, deepening exchanges and cooperation, and jointly building an ecosystem for cultivating digital talents.
