Tailoring interfacial energetics in perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells: the converging roles of self-assembled monolayers and dipolar interlayers
Interface chemistry is key to surpassing efficiency–stability ceiling in perovskite/Si tandems. By linking dipole chemistry to device physics, this review shows how SAMs and interlayers redefine interfacial energetics in tandem solar cells.
