Using statistical data for 2021–2023, key trends, challenges, and prospects for the development of the region's agro-industrial complex are identified. A methodology for developing an economic framework model for the Azov Municipal District of the Nizhny Novgorod People's Republic of Omsk Oblast is proposed, along with its structure and the impact of its elements on direct and indirect land use. The economic framework model is graphically represented in a drawing created using modern MapInfo Processional GIS technologies and interactive digital maps.

Abstract

This article presents the results of an analysis of land resource use efficiency and the state of the land and property complex of agricultural enterprises in an agro-industrial municipality.
