Room-temperature ultra-sensitive trimethylamine and ethylenediamine assays for fish freshness detection based on an imine-covalent organic framework

Chemically synthesised COF materials enable highly sensitive detection of trimethylamine and ethylenediamine at room temperature. Furthermore, this sensor is successfully deployed in practical applications for monitoring fish freshness.
