Robotic Omental Flap Harvest for Complex Thoracic Defects: Case Series and Review of the Literature

It provides a minimally invasive alternative to traditional harvest methods, with reduced morbidity and excellent clinical outcomes. This technique expands the reconstructive options for intrathoracic defects and infections.
