Copper-catalyzed stereo- and regio-selective decarbonylative alkylation and sequential amination of alkynes with aldehydes and amides

A chelate-assisted copper-catalyzed 1,2-alkylamidation of alkynes with aldehydes and amides have been proposed. The generation of high-capacity alkylated enamides exhibits stubborn anti -stereoselectivity and β-regioselectivity.
