Left bundle branch area pacing after valve-in-valve transcatheter aortic valve implantation and percutaneous ventricular septal defect closure: A case report
Key teaching points Conduction system pacing can be considered in patients with structural heart disease who require ventricular pacing. Left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP) is technically feasible even after complex transcatheter interventions, such as valve-in-valve TAVI and ventricular septal defect closure. Careful fluoroscopic guidance and electrophysiological confirmation are essential for accurate lead placement in challenging anatomic settings.
