Acute serous macular detachment with intraretinal edema after posterior-chamber phakic lens implantation:A case report
This case highlights the importance of careful evaluation of surgical timing after laser treatments and cautious use of off-labelintracameral medications. Surgeons should consider delaying surgery for at least two months after a re-examination of retinal status post-laser treatment to reduce the risk of complications.
