Effectiveness and safety of finerenone in IgA nephropathy patients
In real-world settings, the finerenone combined with ACEI/ARB regimen significantly improved outcomes in IgAN patients, effectively reducing proteinuria levels and increasing serum albumin levels, while maintaining relatively stable eGFR and exhibiting safety.
