Epidemiology and Burden of Heart Failure
Abstract Heart failure (HF) is an escalating global health challenge, characterized by high morbidity and mortality rates, poor quality of life, and a substantial economic and health burden. Major risk factors, including hypertension, diabetes, and unhealthy lifestyle choices, contribute to the increasing burden of HF. Addressing these challenges is crucial for developing effective prevention and management strategies that mitigate the impact of HF on individuals and healthcare systems worldwide.
