A Study on Improvement of Ride Prediction of 1D Concept Model Using AI Residual Model Method
Predicting vehicle driving quality in the early stages of vehicle development is very important since it enables vehicle development to be shortened and corrected. At this stage, it is easy to obtain data and it is efficient to use a simple concept model. A 1D-based simulation model exists as a concept model that can be used in the current level. The 1D model has been verified for accuracy and efficiency in terms of handling, but its predictive ability is poor in terms of accuracy in terms of ride comfort. In this study, 11 DOF models were used among various 1D analysis models. In order to overcome the limitations of the 1D model, we reviewed the difference between the 11DOF advanced model and the actual test result (TEST). In this study, we reviewed the modeling to improve the prediction of the 1D driving performance concept model riding performance using AI approach.
