A survey was conducted on a total of 347 employees of deluxe hotels, and the AMOS and SPSS programs were used for analysis. First, the use of SNS by deluxe hotel employees had a significant positive effect on their creativity. Second, the creativity of employees had a significant and positive effect on employees’ engagement. Third, creativity did not have a statistically significant direct effect on job satisfaction, but the employees’ engagement had a very significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Fourth, the moderating role of generational differences among employees was not statistically significant, but creativity was found to have a significant effect on job satisfaction only for Generation X employees.
