The future of digital financial assistants

The article is devoted to the study of the development of digital financial assistants based on modern capabilities and the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into modern business processes. The characteristics of digital financial assistants, their classification, as well as the risks and opportunities for the state, the population, and business associated with their application are presented. Based on the results, the authors answer the question of whether artificial intelligence technology can completely replace human assistants in business processes and propose a number of measures aimed at improving the efficiency of the implementation and operation of digital financial assistants.
