Kurucularda tutku olgusu: Göçmen kadın girişimciler hakkında bir meta analiz

The research uses a conceptual meta-analysis method to explain the concept of “immigrant women entrepreneurial passion”. Since there is no study in the literature directly addressing this field, the study systematically examines the literature conducted on the subjects of “immigrant women entrepreneurship” and “entrepreneurial passion” and analyzes the intersections of these areas and all related concepts. Within the scope of this research, a conceptual model has been developed that can provide an in-depth understanding of the subject. The model, which is bipolarized as “cool” and “hot” climates and where many stages are designed between the two poles, explains the entrepreneurial passions of immigrant women, which are shaped depending on their different identities and roles. By distinguishing between “cool" and "hot" entrepreneurial environments, the model addresses how varying levels of capabilities, support and resources influence immigrant women's entrepreneurial passions and motivations. The research, by emphasizing the unclear definition of the term immigrant, highlights that immigrant women's identities are influenced by their social roles and contexts and play a crucial role in shaping their entrepreneurial passions. The meta-analysis results reveal that none of the existing studies directly focus on the entrepreneurial passion of immigrant women, very few studies directly address female immigrant entrepreneurship, and some studies on entrepreneurial passion only consider gender as a variable. The study highlights the suitability of the immigrant women entrepreneurship climate in Türkiye and calls for future applied research to validate the conceptual model with in-depth empirical studies and research focusing on different immigrant identities.
