Kidney Function after Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation with Orca-T, Cyclophosphamide, or Methotrexate Graft-Versus-Host Disease Prophylaxis: A Single-Center Retrospective Study
• Kidney outcomes after alloHCT in the modern era are poorly understood • Kidney outcomes may differ by type of GvHD regimen • Evaluated kidney outcomes by 3 GvHD regimens (Orca-T, PTCy, methotrexate) in 240 patients. • One year post-alloHCT, mean eGFR decline was -43 ml/min/1.73m² • Data suggest, but do not definitively indicate, slower eGFR decline with Orca-T compared with methotrexate • Overall: substantial kidney function decline in one year post allo HCT
