Kariyer Sınavlarına Hazırlanan Genç Yetişkin Bireylerde Kariyer Geleceği Algısı: Mutluluk ve Psikolojik Sağlamlığın Yordayıcılık Özelliği

Career future perception defines individuals' self-confidence in managing their own career processes. Individuals with a positive perception will be willing to do research on their career, examine options and make appropriate choices for themselves. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between the career future perception levels of graduates and young university adults preparing for the civil service career exam and their happiness and psychological resilience levels. For this purpose, 96 students taking a course at a exam preparation center in Ankara were included in the study. As a result of the study, it is seen that individuals' career future perception is close to moderately positive. At the same time, it has been observed that while individuals' happiness levels do not vary according to gender, past work experience and education level, the level of psychological resilience varies according to educational status and working experience. Only the level of psychological resilience was found to have a predictive effect on the perception of career future.
