Atraumatic haemorrhagic bullae on the genitals of an older man
We report the case of an 83-year-old man with abrupt onset of atraumatic haemorrhagic bullae on the genitalia, accompanied by periorbital purpura and systemic findings. This rare and striking presentation posed a significant diagnostic challenge, highlighting the importance of considering both dermatological and systemic causes.
