Magnetic resonance-guided adaptive stereotactic radiotherapy in prostate cancer patients: a systematic literature review

MRgRT represents a breakthrough technology in prostate cancer radiotherapy, enabling significant reduction in treatment toxicity while maintaining high precision in dose delivery. Results of ultra-hypofractionated regimens are particularly promising. Further studies are needed to evaluate long-term treatment outcomes and cost-effectiveness of this method.
