In the context of dynamic technological transformations, contemporary education faces challenges related to integrating digital tools and artificial intelligence into everyday teaching practices. This article examines the application of ICT and AI technologies in teachers’ professional activities, focusing on their competencies, attitudes, and the frequency with which they employ such solutions. Particular attention is given to the analysis of the impact of demographic factors, such as age, education level, and type of institution, on the ways in which modern technologies are utilized. A quantitative study conducted among teachers across various educational levels enables the identification of both the potential and the barriers associated with the digital transformation of education. The findings serve as a basis for formulating recommendations aimed at supporting the development of teachers’ digital competencies and guiding educational policy in the era of technological change.
