Generation Z’s expectations regarding behavioural and technological aspects of working conditions

The aim of this article is to identify the expectations of generation Z regarding behavioural and technological aspects of working conditions, with a focus on the impact of technology, work flexibility, and innovation. Generation Z, being the youngest group in the labour market, significantly differs from previous generations both in terms of professional values and expectations towards employers. Organizations that adapt their management strategies to these needs can gain a competitive edge by attracting young, dynamic employees. The research presented in this article contributes to the body of studies on generational differences driven by behavioural and technological aspects. Research results indicate the significant importance of a sense of security in terms of job stability, interpersonal relationships, and an adequate level of remuneration for employees. Slightly less significant, but still highly valued, are aspects related to development opportunities, training, and a clear career path with promotions.
