For the special events such as a matsuri (festival), we can observe a lot of persons go to the event to activate the aera. In this paper, I will discuss how Nigiwai occurs and for Nigiwai, what is a chance. Actually, I discuss about the situations of Kawamura Memorial DIC Museum of Art and Naoshima and so on. I will discuss it under the context of chance discovery.
