Organizational and Innovative Digital Development of Smart -University and its Modeling
Solving the problem of strategic and innovative development of universities leads to the need for analytics and building models of university sustainability in the digital education system. However, organizational approaches and models, planning tools and innovative development of the university are not enough. The purpose of this article is to eliminate this gap by analyzing and synthesizing the possibilities of strategic development of the university and organizational and imitation models that take into account modern trends in the field of education. The authors focus on the formation of stability and competitiveness of the university in the market (labor and educational) by developing its intellectual potential. The methods used are systems analysis, decision-making, social engineering, mathematical and information-logical modeling, probability theory and statistics. The results of the study are presented by models: 1) a conceptual model for monitoring indicators of strategic development of a smart university; 2) a model of organizational and innovative development of the university. The novelty and significance of results, models and their solutions lies in taking into account randomness and uncertainty (white, Gaussian noise). For the processes of strategic development of the university, this was not taken into account before when forming indicators of the educational ecosystem and institutional perspective. The results of the study can be applied in subject and interdisciplinary training and will be useful in synergistic training of students.
