Photocatalytic Cascade Reaction of Allylamines for the Synthesis of Ester-Containing Imidazolines and Oxazolidines

A photoinduced three-component cascade reaction for the synthesis of ester-containing imidazolines and oxazolidines is reported. This strategy provides a significant approach for introducing ester groups into imidazoline and oxazolidine scaffolds. This cascade reaction features operational simplicity, mild reaction conditions, readily available substrates, and good to excellent yields.

Abstract

A photoinduced three-component cascade reaction for the synthesis of ester-containing imidazolines and oxazolidines is reported. This strategy provides a significant approach for introducing ester groups into imidazoline and oxazolidine scaffolds. This cascade reaction features operational simplicity, mild reaction conditions, readily available substrates, and good to excellent yields.
