Half-time photodynamic therapy for serous pigment epithelium detachment: anatomical and functional outcomes

HtPDT is useful for improving retinal morphology and visual function in patients with serous PED. Baseline metamorphopsia serves as a predictor for VA and metamorphopsia following htPDT. Additionally, eyes with greater interocular CCT differences may be more likely to experience resolution of PED following treatment.
