A Study on the Impact of Food Tech-Based Smart Kitchen Service Quality on Continuous Use Intention: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Trust and the Moderating Effect of SNS Information Acceptance

This study aimed to analyze the impact of smart kitchens on consumer behavior in restaurants that have adopted them. Through this, we aimed to demonstrate that AI and automated systems can serve as innovative solutions for the future restaurant industry. A questionnaire was distributed to respondents who had visited smart kitchen restaurants in Seoul in the past three months, and 235 copies were used for analysis. The results confirmed Hypothesis 1, indicating that food and menu, convenience, and appearance significantly influenced continued use intention. Hypothesis 2 revealed that food and menu, convenience, and appearance partially mediate this effect. Hypothesis 3 confirmed the moderating effect of SNS information only on the &quotconvenience and appearance&quot factor, while the &quotfood and menu&quot and &quotcustomer service&quot factors did not. Future research is expected to contribute to the development of the restaurant industry by deeply exploring new factors and specific behavioral variables that reflect the changing times, discovering new restaurant consumption trends, and establishing effective marketing strategies based on these trends.
