Summary of Nursing Experience for Severe Complications after Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation

TA-TMA is one of the serious complications after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. It has a rapid onset rate and seriously threatens the lives of patients. In clinical practice, it is necessary to strengthen the nursing intervention for TA-TMA. Based on the relevant treatment of a patient with TA-TMA after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, this article summarizes the symptomatic nursing plans for symptoms such as thrombocytopenia, neurological injury, severe infection and renal system injury in the patient, with the aim of providing practical references for the nursing of similar patients in clinical practice.
